Learning Pool Goes Global with London Customer Conference

Jez was delighted to be invited back by Learning Pool to host and close their 2022 conference with a keynote presentation.

The success of any customer conference is measured not only by returning customers, but by how wide word spreads of your event. This year, Learning Pool welcomed customers from across the UK and Ireland, and several from the USA, to the Learning Pool LIVE customer conference in London.

This was the second time Jez had been invited to host this key event, and provide a closing keynote presentation for the 250 delegates all keen to learn how to embark on a journey to extraordinary.

Learning Pool required a host that would bring professionalism to this key customer conference; representing their brand in a positive light, but adding something extra to the conference through the role of host. Jez introduced several keynote speakers; external panel sessions, Learning Pool’s CEO and hosted the main annual awards ceremony before closing the conference with a keynote presentation on how asking the right questions can help us to achieve extraordinary things.
